About Deutsch Lernen
Our Mission
Deutsch Lernen was built with one goal in mind: to make learning German as accessible, structured, and enjoyable as possible — whether you are starting from zero or pushing toward fluency.
German is one of the most spoken languages in Europe and opens doors to study, work, and life in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Yet finding a single place that covers vocabulary, grammar, reading, and progress tracking — without switching between five different apps — has always been harder than it should be. That is the gap we set out to close.
What We Offer
The platform is organized around four core learning modules, designed to work together and cover all levels from A1 to C1:
- Vocabulary — Structured word lists organized by level and topic, so you always know what to learn next.
- Grammar Exercises — Interactive exercises covering cases, verb conjugations, sentence structure, and the details that make German click.
- Reading Stories — Short stories graded by difficulty, with audio support, so you practice comprehension at the right level.
- Progress Tracking — Streaks, completed lessons, time spent, and a leaderboard to keep you motivated day after day.
For Learners and Teachers
Deutsch Lernen works for individual learners who study on their own schedule, and for teachers who want to assign exercises, follow their students' progress, and manage a class from a single dashboard. Sign in takes one click with your Google account — no passwords to manage.
The Blog
Alongside the app, we publish articles in English, French, and Arabic covering learning strategies, grammar tips, vocabulary guides, and resources to help you get the most out of your German journey. Browse the blog to find content in your language.
